    What should I do if I get an error message saying that I require a browser that supports 128-bit encryption? (Netscape - All versions)
    You will need to upgrade your browser to support 128-bit encryption.
    You must install the new version of Netscape Navigator or Communicator into a separate directory on your computer's hard drive.

    What should I do if I'm having trouble using UB Online despite successful connections in the past? (Microsoft Internet Explorer)
    If you were able to view account information and/or execute transactions on UB Online previously, it is most likely that your Cookies have become corrupted and need to be deleted.
    To fix the problem:

    1. Close the Internet Explorer browser
    2. From the Windows desktop, click on Start | Find | Files and Folders
    3. In the Name box type, "Cookies" and press "Enter"
    4. Open the folder by double clicking on the Cookies folder and locate the files:
      File01.txt
      File02.txt
    5. Delete the files
      Once deleted they will automatically be recreated the next time you sign on.
